SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are processed Monday to Friday, and will be shipped within 1 business day.
* Due to the current COVID crisis, there may be some shipping delays.
Domestic
All Australian orders will be shipped via Australia Post. All deliveries are 100% carbon neutral and packaged in fully compostable satchels.
Within Victoria, Australia postage should take around 1-3 business days after despatch. For rural VIC and interstate areas, postage will take around 3-7 business days. Please note these times are estimates and will vary depending on location.
International
All international orders will be shipped via Australia Post. International shipping costs will vary depending on the country and will be calculated at the checkout. International orders will be delivered within 2 weeks, however due to the pandemic orders may take longer to process. Please note these times are estimates and will vary depending on location. Please be aware that our customers are responsible for import duties and taxes.
Customs duties and taxes
The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination. Orders shipped outside of Australia may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; The Wellness Club has no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return for refund. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your order number for proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We do not offer any exchanges due to limited stock.

Faulty items
If your item is faulty or damaged in anyway, please send us an email at thewellnessclubco@gmail.com and we will refund or exchange it for you.
